 Comprehensive SoA                                                                                                                                $400 - $500

 Comprehensive plan involving three strategies or

  • Gearing – one-off or instalment gearing or
  • Super to Pension including re-contribution strategy

 Comprehensive Plus SoA                                                                                                                        $500 - $600

  • Comprehensive plan involving more than three strategies above
  • Establishment and investment (including switch) of SMSF
  • Aged Care Accommodation planning/options

 Complex SoA                                                                                                                                                   PoA

  • SMSF/Small Business
  • Gearing in Super strategies including transfer of property 
  • Multiple scenarios and/or options 
  • Small Business CGT concessions 
  • Complex Estate Planning issues

 Withdrawal SoA or Record of Further Advice (RoFA)                                                                           $150 - $200

  • Lump sum withdrawal
  • Review no change
  • Review with changes
  • Portfolio Re-balance
  • Term Deposit Rollover

 Additional modelling will attract an increased fee.

Strategy amendments to completed SoA                                                                                              $65 per hour

  • Cancellation charges will apply where work has been accepted and commenced and is subsequently cancelled before completion.
  • Turnaround time will be within 5-7 business days following receipt of all information, unless otherwise advised at the time of acceptance.
  • Quick turnaround requirements (48 hours) will be met where workflow allows – additional fees may apply.  Please request and agree upfront.
  • All work will be quoted (and agreed by you) prior to commencement.
  • All fees for SoA's will be invoiced monthly with payment required within 7 days from date of invoice.
  • Please note: Any switching recommendations must be accompanied by the relevant research paperwork or reasons for switching.
